Process of HFA Mice Model Construction

• A certain number of sterile mice, half male and half female, were independently bred by the laboratory animal center of the company. All sterile mice were cultured according to the national standards for experimental animals, laboratory operating specifications and standard operating procedures.
• Collect fresh feces from patients or other subjects and dilute them into fecal suspension by adding anaerobic broth or phosphate buffer solution at an appropriate proportion (our method is 10 times dilution) in the ultra-clean workbench.
• Appropriate fecal suspension was poured into the stomachs of sterile mice in the experimental group, and HFA mice were obtained after 3 weeks of colonization.
