18S rRNA Gene Sequencing
18S rRNA gene is a DNA sequence of about 1800 bp that encodes the small ribosomal subunit rRNA of eukaryotes, which is composed of conserved regions and variable regions. The 18S rRNA gene is conservative in the biological evolution process, so the sequence analysis of its sequence can be used to study the genetic relationship of biological evolution. ITS Sequencing
There are two ITSs in eukaryotes, of which ITS1 is located between 18S and 5.8S rRNA genes, and ITS2 is located between 5.8S and 28S rRNA genes. The size of ITS is smaller than that of 18S rRNA gene and it is easy to analyze. Sequencing of ITS1 or ITS2 can distinguish and identify strains with relatively close relationships, and can also be used to analyze the diversity of fungal community structure in microbial communities.

Sample Requirements
- Genomic DNA: The total sample volume is required to be ≥ 20 μL, and the genomic DNA concentration ≥ 10 ng/μL
- Plate or slope samples, or broths samples of pure culture: Plate and slope samples are required to have a single colony
- We also accept mixed cultures. Our strain isolation and purification services can help, but the delivery time of identification results may need to be extended
