Product Name
Recombinant Staphylococcus Epidermidis SEPA Protein (208-507 aa), His-Myc-tagged
Product Overview
Recombinant Staphylococcus Epidermidis (strain ATCC 12228) SEPA Protein (208-507 aa) is produced by E. coli expression system. This protein is fused with a 10xHis tag at the N-terminal and a Myc tag at the C-terminal. Protein Description: Full Length of Mature Protein.
Description
Protease that has a low substrate specificity. Glucagon is preferentially cleaved between aromatic (Phe) and hydrophobic (Val) amino acids. Hydrolyzes casein and elastin.
