Product Details
The bacterial agent is produced by liquid submerged fermentation technology, and has the advantages of reliable process, high strain purity and high density. This product has a very good degradation function for the organic matter in the sludge. By decomposing and utilizing the organic matter in the sludge, the amount of sludge can be reduced, so as to achieve sludge emission reduction. Due to the extremely strong resistance of the spore group to external harmful factors, the sewage treatment system has a high load shock resistance and strong processing capacity. When the sewage concentration changes greatly, the system can also operate normally, ensuring stable discharge of effluent.
Usage Method
The dosage of liquid bacterial agent is 50-100 mL/m3, and the dosage of solid bacterial agent is 30-50 g/m3.
Use Parameters
Tests have shown that the following physical and chemical parameters are most effective for bacterial growth:
1. pH: the average range is between 5.5 and 8, and the growth is fastest at 6.0.
2. Temperature: It grows better at 25-40°C, and the most suitable temperature is 35°C.
3. Trace elements: Proprietary bacteria need many elements in their growth.
4. Anti-toxicity: It can effectively resist chemical toxic substances, including chlorides, cyanides and heavy metals.
