Oral Probiotic Filtrate

Cat.No.
Pro-0008B
Product Name
Oral Probiotic Filtrate
Synonym
Lactobacillus Ferment
Strain Source
Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus acidophilus
Production Process
The fermentation substrate with added prebiotics is subjected to processes such as lactobacillus fermentation culture, inactivation, separation and extraction to obtain cytoplasmic fragments, cell wall components, intracellular and extracellular metabolites, polysaccharide complexes, etc.
Mechanism of Action
Oral probiotic filtrate contains factors that promote the growth of oral probiotic flora. During the growth process, oral probiotics compete for spatial sites, compete for nutrients, and repel and prevent the colonization and infection of harmful bacteria; they can also secrete biochemical signal molecules, activate the macrophage defense system, improve the oral microecological environment, and enhance oral immune function, thereby completely improving the oral environment.
The active α-galactosidase contained in the oral probiotic filtrate can quickly remove the α-linked non-reducing d-galactose at the end of the substrate, or transfer the galactose group to the hydroxyl group at the C6 position of the receptor through transglycosylation with an α-1,6 glycosidic bond, thereby causing the decomposition of α-galactosidase sugar substances in the mouth. The β-galactosidase contained in lactobacillus can hydrolyze lactose in food to produce oligosaccharides and glucose, reduce the pH value of the mouth, inhibit the growth of exogenous bacteria, and thus remove bad breath in the mouth. Active ingredients such as lactein and lysozyme produced by the fermentation of lactobacillus type probiotics have a good effect on oral health.

Safety Assessment
• The result of acute oral toxicity test is: practically non-toxic level.
• The result of acute eye irritation test is: non-irritating.
• The result of multiple skin irritation tests is: non-irritating.
• The result of human skin patch test is: no adverse skin reaction in 30 people.
Effects
Inhibit the overgrowth of harmful bacteria and improve oral immunity.
Efficacy Research
• Test 1
Test site: Breath VSC concentration value (oral cavity)
Test method: suck the gas sample from the subject's mouth through the suction pipe connection and enter it into the instrument for detection.
Testing environment: temperature 25±2℃, humidity 58±2%
Test conclusion: After using the product for a single time for 15 minutes, the subject's breath VSC concentration value decreased significantly (p<0.001) compared with the basic value, with a decrease rate of 72.0%. After using the product for a single time for 30 minutes, the subject's breath VSC concentration value dropped significantly compared with the base value (p<0.001), with a drop rate of 73.9%. One hour after using the product for a single time, the subject's breath VSC concentration value decreased significantly (p<0.001) compared with the base value, with a decrease rate of 65.7%. After a single use of the product for 2 hours, the subject's breath VSC concentration value decreased significantly (p<0.001) compared with the base value, with a decrease rate of 56.9%. After using the product for a single time for 3 hours, the subject's breath VSC concentration value decreased significantly compared with the basic value (p<0.001), with a decrease rate of 44.3%.
• Test 2
Sample Set: Probiotic Breath Freshening Spray
Control group: Ordinary oral spray
Test item: Fresh breath
Evaluation method: After taking the logarithm of the peak area of the sample group and the control group, use SPSS27.0 statistical software and use the Shapiro-Wilk Test to conduct a significance test for the normal distribution of the peak area logarithm. If P>0.05, it is a normal distribution. Perform a t test with a significant difference level of a-0.05. If P<0.05, the distribution is non-normal, and the Wilcoxon signed rank test is performed, and the significant difference level is a=0.05. If the value of the sample group is smaller than the value of the control group, and there is a statistical difference (P<0.05), it means that the sample group can reduce the production of methyl mercaptan after being co-cultured with saliva for more than 12 hours, and has the effect of refreshing breath.
Test results: Compared with the control group, the sample group can reduce the production of methylmercaptan after being co-cultured with saliva for more than 12 hours, and has the effect of refreshing breath and reducing bad breath for 12 hours.
